We discuss the origin of Humane Indiana Wildlife as well as some of the current projects. Humane Indiana Wildlife maintains a rehabilitation center that has helped over 1800 animals through injury or orphan status. We also discussed their educational outreach programs that provides educational material on wildlife for schools. An educational center is being developed that will facilitation exhibits for field trips for schools and other community groups.

We reviewed the “Owl You Need is Love” Public Art Project” and other fund raisers.

Our own Kali Rasala interviews “Tonk” a Great Horned Owl who Humane Indiana Wildlife ‘s Education Ambassador. Kali gets right to the heart of it, asking about his preference in sports teams, love life and favorite types of food.
